Hi, I'm Kathy Frye. I am a freelance web designer and UI/UX designer and the owner of Four Oaks Design. I am a graduate of University of Maryland Global Campus with a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Media and Web Technology. I also have three degrees in Education and I specialize in working with school districts and educational technology companies. My hobby is photography and I love to take photographs like the ones featured on this site. I started Four Oaks Design to create websites and applications that help others represent themselves. Designing web pages, websites, and newsletters for others is a source of great joy to me. I have had the opportunity to work with many Adobe programs, Sketch, Balsamiq, and others. I also enjoy creating vehicles for schools to communicate with their stakeholders.
